Fresh Burrata
Mozzarita's fresh Burrata has a delicate “buttery” soft outer pouch formed from our fresh mozzarella, and then filled with our luscious creamy Stracciatella made from soft shreds of mozzarella and fresh cream.
We use only all natural ingredients and individually package each burrata in purified water containing ZERO preservatives or additives. Cutting into Mozzarita's burrata gives you a luscious creamy goodness spilling out to be soaked up by bread or other complimentary accompaniments.
Stracciatella
Mozzarita's Stracciatella is luscious, stretchy and creamy mozzarella shreds that have a delicate, sophisticated taste.
We drench our fresh mozzarella "shreds" in a light cream giving it the perfect texture for spreading on bread.
