in the extraordinary Valley of Temples in Agrigento,
Sicily, where the climate is mite and warm thanks to
the effect of the Mediterranean Sea, the olive groves
of Paradiso produce one of the best oils of the country.
The Paradiso extra virgin olive oil is obtained by simple
pressing of typical Sicilian olives of Biancolilla,
Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola varieties. At the
end of the natural decantation cycle the oil is packaged
in glass bottles. Meticulous attention and direct control
of the whole process enable the Paradiso olive oil to
reach high standard of excellent quality.
